Dear Patient,
The well-being and safety of our patients and staff is our highest priority. Apex will be doing all of our sessions, Therapy session, Doctors sessions and Paraprofessional sessions through Telehealth, Community, Office. All appointments will be done through Zoom, or in person.
· If you are experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness (fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breathe) please call your primary doctor or 911. Apex will be operating to all patients through telehealth. You can download the zoom app on your phone or computer. If you have a scheduled appointment with Apex, your Provider or Doctor will reach out to you on that appointment day and time. All doctors appointments is a 2 hour window wait. If you have not heard from your doctor at the appointment time please be patient they will call you within that 2 hour window frame. The phone services will be operating at our normal business hours through phone or telehealth. We will be scheduling and making appointment and still operating for you by phone.

Our clinic currently runs 5 days a week for Medication services. We recommend that follow up appointments are scheduled 30 days in advance. Please bring in your empty PILL Bottles from previous prescription as well as any hospital discharge paperwork to reduce barriers with obtaining prescriptions same day. It is your responsibility to manage your appointments to prevent run-outs and emergency needs. We are not an emergency facility and can not cancel scheduled patients to meet your needs. Every patient is important. If an emergency re-fill is needed, you may always report to your primary physician, emergency room, or ask to be placed as a walk-in if there is a cancellation. Thanks

Apex Family Healthcare Services is an Outpatient Mental and Behavioral Healthcare Agency offering services and programs for Adults, Children and Adolescents located in Stockbridge, GA however; we extend our services to individuals throughout the Greater Metro Atlanta area through our mobile program. Our services are offered to our clients and community through our state insurance plans, commerical insurance plans, Employee Assistance Plans as well as sliding fee scales for the uninsured.
Our programs are led by a dynamic team of professionals (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Practical Nurse, Therapist, Addiction Counselors, Community Support Individuals and Case Managers) who are passionate about people, famlies and our community.
We are open 5 days per week and offer our services including Pschiatry on Evenings and Some Weekends. We employ a diverse staff of professionals to reflect the community in which we serve. Additionally, we employ strong Men to assist in our endeavor to strenghten the Men and in our community to become better Husbands, Fathers, Sons, Employees, Employers and Leaders.

WE ARE FULLY ACCREDITED BY THE COMMISSION ON ACCREDIATIONS OF REHABILITATIVE FACILITIES (CARF) SINCE 2013 AND HAS BEEN AWARED THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF ACCREDIDATION OF 3 YEARS FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE ACCREDIDATION CYCLES. In April 16, 2024 Apex Family Healthcare Services completed its second Georgia Medicaid Reveiw and Earned an overall Score of 97%.
ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE LICENSED BY THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEATLH REGULATIONS AS AN OUTPATIENT DRUG ABUSE EDUCATION TREATMENT PROGRAM AND ARE LICENSED TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES FROM BOTH OF OUR FACILITIES.
WE HAVE BEEN TESTED AND PROVEN TO BE LEADRES IN OUR SERVICE DELIVERY MODELS, PROGRAMMING, AND POLICIES.
