SELF PAY RATES
Behavioral Health Assessment- $150.00
Therapy - $110.00 per session
Initial Psychiatric/Medication Management appointment- $275.00 (New Clients)
Follow-up Psychiatric/Medication Management appointments (Per Session) - $ 175.00
Your Responsiblity
The collection of benefits or any other arrangement regarding third party payment is the responsibility of the client or legal guardian. You are responsible for notifying our office of any change in your insurance prior to your next scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be required to pay in full for your visit immediately upon discovery. All co-payments and or co-insurance are due upon check in at the time of your appointment.
